So, now let’s begin to do it.
The first part we need to do is removing the cracked glass without cellphone teardown by using Laser Separation Machine.
For this part, we test focal length with the intelligent ranging system at first.
Then use an automatic centralization structure to center the screen automatically.
After that, we heat the phone on the heating platform.
Once done, open a small gap with a blade and small plastics.
The next part is laser separating the cracked glass with gold steel wire.
Once finished, we need to clean up the residual glue.
Then put new OCA to the new glass.
And apply the bezel glue around the sides.
Before we laminate the screen with RMB-1 Laminator Machine, we have to put the glass on the screen.
Then place the screen into RMB-1 machine for lamination in 100 seconds.
Once done, if the screen has some bubbles on it, we should put it into the bubble remover for defoaming. This process needs to take 5 minutes.
The final part is testing the phone after the repair.
The refurbishment is finished once confirm the display and the touch is on work.
